These instructions are for replacing an existing pdf file in More Resources. If you need to add a new pdf file to More Resources, go to Adding a New PDF File to More Resources.
If there is no Word file, that is, this file is already in PDF format, skip to step 3.
1. Create PDF Version on Your Computer

Edit FileName.doc.
Save as FileName.doc.
Export as FileName.pdf.
2. Add Word Version to Media Library

Go to Dashboard/Media/Add New Media.*
Click on Select Files.
Select FileName.doc on your computer.
Click on Upload.
3. Add PDF Version in Media Library
-
Go to Dashboard/Media/Add New Media.
Click on Select Files.
Select FileName.pdf on your computer.
Click on Upload.
4. Add PDF Version to More Resources page.

Go to Resources/More….
*We are uploading the Word version, even though the system doesn’t use it, simply to store the editable version for possible future updating.
**If, for any reason, you need to upload the file again, be sure to delete the current version. If you fail to do this, the system will rename the new version by added a dash-one to the name. If this occurs, delete both the old one and the new one (with dash-one) and repeat the upload steps.
