User List Management

To edit the user list, you must be logged in as Membership Chair or Editor.

Note: To toggle between viewing the site and using the admin Dashboard menu, click on PebbleCreek Democratic Club in the upper-left corner.

Add new user record

1. Go to Dashboard/Users/Add New User.

2. Enter requested Username, Email, First Name and Last Name.

3. Set  password to: ChangePassword.

4. Click on “Add New User“.

5. After entering the user’s data, send them the special welcome letter.

Edit user record

1. Go to Dashboard/Users/All Users.

2. Locate record to be edited.

3. Hover over record of interest and select Edit.

4. Edit fields as indicated in the incoming online form.

5. Submit changes.

Delete user record

1. Select Users/All Users.

2. Locate record to be edited.

3. Hover over record of interest and select Delete.
